We offer the following service contracts:

Bronze

​

• $210 + $125 for each additional system

• 1 maintenance in the spring

• 1 maintenance in the fall

Silver

​

• $235 + $125 for each additional system

• 1 maintenance in the spring

• 1 maintenance in the fall

• Check humidifier

• Check air cleaner

• No filter change

Gold Plus Plumbing

​​​

• Gold: $355 + $125 for each additional HVAC system 

• Whole house plumbing inspection (2.5 baths) + $40 per each additional bath

• 1 maintenance in the spring

• 1 maintenance in the fall

• Check humidifier

• Check air cleaner
